Shall I Compare Thee to a Summers Day?
If not, then what shall I say?
That I must live with thee in thine Eyes,
or I shall die without thee with no Heart.
If the latter ‘tis be true
then this day we shall depart.
And go our separate ways
to live alone for these long days.
But wherever shall I go
and whatever shall I do?
When ‘twas my True beginning
the day I hath met You.
Does not thee understand
that the maker of this great land.
Hath given to Me and You
a Love that whilst remain True.
How the Heavens, they sing thy praise
when upon thee I do gaze.
Because thy light doth shine bright
even when it ‘tis night.
Will forever thee be mine?
Just answer me with a sign.
A sign of Love
or a sign of Sorrow.
If the latter ‘tis be true
then I shall have no more tomorrow.
But alas, sad to say,
You must truly be on thy way.
All is left is but to pray.
Because I hath already compare thee to a summers day.
So fairly well, oh one that I Love.
May thy journey ahead
be marked by the Dove.
So thy might return to me
with the coming of some New Dawn.
So this sadness I do feel
shall wither and be gone.
“Oh yes, thy shall return to me”,
tis what thee did say.
Because I, thy true love,
Hath Compared Thee to a Summers Day.
